The Hell Hornet is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series.
Introduced in Dragon Quest VI, it is a monstrous Bug with a sickeningly-sized stinger.
Characteristics
Hell Hornets appear as giant wasp/hornet-like creatures with large, stinger-bearing abdomens, a pair of scythe-like arms, and eight wings. They have green eyes with tiny pupils and are primarily burgundy and yellow in color.
