Dragon Quest Treasures (ドラゴンクエスト トレジャーズ ) is an upcoming Dragon Quest spin-off role-playing game. The game was announced on 27 May 2021, the 35th anniversary of the Dragon Quest series in a YouTube livestream.
Taichi Inuzuka, who produced Dragon Quest Monsters sub-series since Joker, is the producer. As a new brand, the theme of the title is "treasures-hunting". Though called an role-playing game, according to the trailer, Treasures is somewhat like a Super Mario-style 3D action game.[1] The game featured sibling from Dragon Quest XI: brother Erik and his young sister Mia.
