In Version 5.3, she participates as an uncontrollable party member in the battle against the evil god Daviyaga, assisting the player's party with spells like Moreheal, Multiheal, Kazing, and Oomph, as well as attacking with Shining Shot. Player characters can also purchase a set of clothing with real-world currency in order to dress like Illusia.

Dragon Quest Treasures[edit]

Illusia appears as a statue under the name Angelic Artist and is Treasure No. 421 in the Adventurers Statue 1 category. She can be found on the Wingswept Moors and her base value is 750,000 gold.
