The Edged Boomerang is a recurring weapon in the Dragon Quest franchise.

Dragon Quest III: The Seeds of Salvation remake[edit]
The edged boomerang has an attack bonus of +24. It can be equipped by the Hero, Mages, Thieves, Merchants, and Gadabouts. It can be obtained by turning in 20 Mini Medals to the medal collector in Aliahan and can be sold for 900 gold coins.
Dragon Quest V: Hand of the Heavenly Bride[edit]
The Edged boomerang is the second strongest boomerang in the game, and adds an attack bonus of +25. It may be purchased in the Roundbeck, Lodestar Harbor, Gothan and Fortuna weapon shops for 1,500 gold and sold for 1,125 gold. The Hero, his son, and many monster allies can equip it.
Dragon Quest VI: Realms of Revelation[edit]
The Edged boomerang may be equiped by Terry, Amos, the Hero, and the slime recruits. It adds an attack bonus of 25, and increases a character's style by 19 points. it may be purchased in the Somnian, Amor, Scrimsley, Aridea, and Turnscote weapon shops for 1,500 gold. Additionally, it is the award presented to those who complete the G rank of Slimopolis.
Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past[edit]
The edged boomerang has an attack bonus of +26 and an appearance bonus of +19. It can only be equipped by the Hero and Ruff. It can be purchased at Greenthumb Gardens for 2,300 gold.
Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King[edit]
The edged boomerang has an attack bonus of +27. It can be bought for 1,360 gold in Ascantha and Neos and sold for 680 gold. The Hero and Morrie can equip it.
