It is a stone statue often constructed and infused with mighty spirits to guard the lairs of Demon Lords.
Characteristics
Rambunctious, rocky warriors that tirelessly guard the deepest and darkest caves for some unknown reason that even they've most likely forgotten. They have the appearance of solidly-built bearded men wearing togas that have been carved out of dark green stone, their eyes glowing with blue light. Forged in only the sturdiest stone as effigies to dark deities, it's hard to bring these solid soldiers to ruin. It is said that the statues were originally constructed with protecting innocent people before turning their loyalty to Demon Lords. They spend endless years stamping around in the darkness, causing rock falls and tremors that they then level against any lackluster intruders. In some games such as VI and VIII, the stone guardians have been carved out of an earthy grey stone instead of their usual dark green.
