Erdrick's Supreme Shield is the ultimate form of Erdrick's Shield.

Erdrick's Supreme Shield is given to the player when the Dragonlord's great-grandson absorbs the Sphere of Light and empowers Erdrick's Shield, after you defeat him in battle.

When used as an item the shield will void all debuffs on a character and also apply Bounce and Backdraft, which last for the normal amount of turns.
Dragon Quest Tact[edit]
Erdrick's Supreme Shield is an S-rank shield that can be acquired as part of the Japan-only limited 5.5th Anniversary by purchasing it through the 5.5th Anniversary Decoration Swap Shop. It has a Defense bonus of +15, rarely raises Breath Res at the start of an action and has three slots for Alchemy Effects.
