The subtle shuttle is a key item necessary to weave the powerful flowing dress.

The shuttle is kept in the temple on the island of Zahan, protected by a damaging barrier and requiring the jailor's key to open. Once it is obtained it must be given to the legendary weaver Don Calico in Slewse, along with a bolt of celestial skein. Once he has both he will begin working on the dress and will be finished once the player turns the console off and loads the save file. The flowing dress can be worn by the Hero, the Princess of Moonbrooke and the Prince of Cannock.

The shuttle is held in the same temple as before, but the mermaid ornament has been removed. Players will need to clear up the trouble in Slewese after conquering the Tower of the Moon before Dan Calico will work on the dress this time around.
Trivia[edit]
- As flowing dresses were available for purchase in the distant past of Dragon Quest III, it is possible that these shuttles were once common place tools for armour crafters.
