It can be found in some black treasure chests, received as a quest reward, or dropped by various monsters, including Liquid metal slimes, Metal king slimes, Paralyslicers, Undentured servants, Cyber slimes, Visor kaisers, and Metal dragons.

Densinium can be picked up from sparkly spots in the Champs Sauvage*, the Hotto Steppe - Southern Whale Way Station, the Battleground, and the Cruel Crypt, or dropped by Metal slime knights, Clangoustines, Visor kaisers, Robo-robins, Overkilling machines, Abyssal octopots, as well as their vicious and malicious counterparts. In the postgame, chunks of densinium can be purchased from the item shop at Trial Isle for 2,800 gold and sold for 700 gold.

It can also be received as a reward for completing Grudge Match: Grim Guardian with gold clear time from the second time onward. Densinium can be used to create Mighty armlets or the classic recipe for the Raging ruby in the Alchemy Pot or sold for 800 gold.

Dragon Quest Heroes II: Twin Kings and the Prophecy's End[edit]

Densinium is used as a material for improving accessories or sold for 300 gold. It can be dropped by Hoodlums, Metal slime knights, and Metal king slimes, or picked up from sparkly spots in the Damned Dunes.
