Upon first meeting with the [[Sage of Rain]] in the [[Shrine of Rain|tower of the same name]], he explains to the {{Hero 1}} that in order to be worthy of receiving the Staff of Rain, he must summon [[Rubiss]] back into the world. After the {{Hero 1}} acquires both the [[Lyre of Ire]] and the [[Faerie Flute]], both the [[Dream-Whisperer]] and the [[Over-Seer]] manage to summon Rubiss back into the world, and the Sage gives the Hero the staff so that he can create the Rainbow Drop.
