After the young Prince Harry is abducted from Castle Coburg, both Pankraz and his son track him to these ruins, where the kidnappers were planning to sell him to the Order of Zugzwang. After freeing him from a cell, Pankraz tried to hold off monsters, telling his son to flee with the prince. Before they could escape they were accosted by Bishop Ladja, who quickly took them out. When Pankraz tried to rescue them, Ladja summoned Kon and Slon to battle him, and Ladja threatened his son with a scythe if he tried to advance. Forced to stand down, Pankraz was slain and the two boys were taken to Mount Azimuth as slave labor.
