The Akillics are the signature weapon of Debora introduced in the Dragon Quest V DS remake.
Details
Debora is equipped with them when she joins the party if you decide to marry her. It has an attack bonus of +40 and strikes twice, but each hit is only 75% of her actual attack stat.
