Rolling Frizz is a spell that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest Tact. The caster puts their own spin on the spell Frizz and repeatedly torches a single enemy.

Rolling Frizz is known naturally by Old flame at level 1 and can be learned by Cumaulus at level 16 and costs 12 MP to cast. It has a range of three squares away from it in any direction and inflicts minor Frizz-type spell damage three times to a single enemy.
