Kafuddle

From Dragon Quest Wiki

Kafuddle is a spell in the Dragon Quest Series. It is the improved from of Fuddle, and behaves very similarly to Kasnooze in that it treats the monster's resistance value as if it were one level lower. This gives it a far greater chance to confuse enemies than any other ability, and it's range targets all foes in each game it appears in.
