Extreme Heat Spell is a spell that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest Tact. It is one of the signature spells of the Dark Commander Hadlar, being a variation of the spell Kasizz that incinerates a group of enemies with a beam of scorching heat.

Extreme Heat Spell can be learned by Dark Commander Hadlar at level 56 and costs 99 MP to cast. It inflicts major Sizz-type spell damage to all enemies in a range of four squares in front of him. Upgrading the spell increases its damage and reduces the amount of MP it costs to use. Extreme Heat Spell's potency can be increased another 20% through Talent Blossoming.

In the manga of Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai, the kanji displayed when Hadlar would cast Kasizz correspond to its literal meaning: "maximum" (極大), "flashing heat" (閃熱), and "spell" (呪文). The Sizz series of spells are depicted as a beam of intense light and heat fired from the caster's hands after gathering energy.
