Blizzard is a spell that appears in the Final Fantasy series as well as in Dragon Quest Tact. In Tact, it is one of Shiva's signature spells, conjuring forth chunks of sharp, bone-chilling ice that explode at her enemies.
Details
Blizzard is known naturally by Shiva at level 1 and costs 4 MP to cast. It has a range of three squares away from her in any direction and inflicts minor Crack-type spell damage to one enemy.
