The Helm of Sebath is is one of the legendary pieces of armour in Dragon Quest VI. It is strongly implied to be the Zenithian Helm of the distant past, have a similar design with different dragon wings guarding the sides of the wearer's head.

The helm is bestowed to the party by the King of Somnia after his son reunites with his real world counterpart. It increases the Hero's defence by +45 and his style by +24 when first obtained, rising to +50 and +45 after it is reworked in the Fashion Forge. In both cases it bestows high resistance to whack and other instant death attacks.
