The Well south of Alltrades Abbey is found south of the Phantom World version of Alltrades Abbey in Dragon Quest VI.
It can first be approached with use of the Mobile Island.

As The Hero and his party explore the bottom of the well, they encounter a soldier who informs them of the legendary equipment.
