- At Medford's Manor for 90 Mini medals.
- Winning Rank A at Slimopolis.
- A chest in Mortamor's Dreadlair.
- The item shop in Reaper's Peak for 30,000 gold coins. Post-Game only.
Trivia
The silhouette printed on the scroll resembles a Drag-goof more than any of the dragon species found in VI.
