Dragon Quest II HD-2D Remake
In the HD-2D remake of Dragon Quest II, it is found to the north off the coast of Galenholm. Visiting the sunken ship is necessary to get the pearl for the Lorelei Harp needed to call Rubiss back.
It is not to be confused with the Ghost Ship, a different remake-exclusive underwater ship dungeon found in Dragon Quest II HD-2D Remake that also shares its name with a dungeon in another Dragon Quest game. The Sunken Ship is stationary and looks like an ordinary ship, while the Ghost Ship moves around and looks like purple mist. The Sunken Ship is also mandatory, while the Ghost Ship is optional.
