The champion's belt is an accessory added to Dragon Quest VII in the 2013 Nintendo 3DS remake.

Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past[edit]
Equipping the champion's belt allows the wearer to restore 1 HP and MP every step. It can be equipped by the whole party, and is found by clearing the To the Victor the Spoils! Traveller's Tablet.
