Icicle Drop is a spell that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest Tact. It calls forth a howling snowstorm that freezes enemies solid and can root them to the ground.

Icicle Drop can be learned by Abullddon at level 44 and costs 114 MP to cast. It has a range of three squares in front of the caster, inflicts major Crack-type spell damage to all enemies in a range of three squares horizontally, and has a chance to bind them, as well. Upgrading the spell increases its damage and reduces the amount of MP it costs to cast.
