Overheal is an ancient Priest spell mentioned in Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai, which used intense healing magic to destroy the target's body and render the damaged areas impossible to repair. Its mana cost is stated to be multiple times greater than that of Fullheal.

Overheal is mentioned by Brokeena while explaining the mechanics of his Refractor Fist technique, which achieves similar results by using Martial Artist skills to concentrate the effects of a healing spell into a small area.
