Midheal Shot is a recurring healing spell in the Dragon Quest series, commonly associated with Maam. By utilizing the Magic Bullet Gun granted to her by Avan, she can fire a bullet charged with the spell Midheal to heal a distant ally.

Dragon Quest Walk[edit]
Midheal Shot is a spell that can be learned at level 30 by equipping Maam's Hammer Spear. It costs 42 MP to cast and restores HP to the entire party, rarely having a chance to restore an additional 15 to 20 HP.
Dragon Quest Tact[edit]
Midheal Shot can be learned by Maam at level 22 and costs no MP to use. It has a range of up to three squares away from her in any direction, can be self-cast, and restores a moderate amount of HP to a single party member. Since it is a Magic Bullet spell, it can only be cast up to four times in a single battle.
