Dragon Quest Tact

Midheal Shot can be learned by Maam at level 22 and costs no MP to use. It has a range of up to three squares away from her in any direction, can be self-cast, and restores a moderate amount of HP to a single party member. Since it is a Magic Bullet spell, it can only be cast up to four times in a single battle.
