Creation Magic is a recurring spell and concept in the Dragon Quest series, predominantly appearing in Dragon Quest X. It is a power sought after and wielded by Maldragora the Worldbreaker. As an offensive spell, it creates a series of magic circles on the ground, then unleashes countless spikes from underneath that repeatedly spear any enemies caught within.

Dragon Quest X[edit]
In Version 2.0 of the game, Maldragora seeks the power of Creation Magic in order to replace the world of Rendashia with a world of his own creation. Anlucia the Maluminary uses it against the party in her second form. After the circles appear on the ground, it inflicts dark-elemental damage after some time has passed. It deals around 300 damage to any player characters and only 75 damage to Anlucia.
Dragon Quest Tact[edit]
The Magic of Creation can be learned by Anlucia the Maluminary at level 54 and costs 140 MP to cast. It has a range of up to three squares away from her and inflicts major typeless spell damage to all enemies in a plus sign-shaped area of effect. Upgrading the spell increases its damage and reduces the amount of MP it costs to cast.
