Magical Heal is a recurring spell in the Dragon Quest series. It summons mysterious rain that restores the HP of allies.

Dragon Quest X[edit]
Magical Heal can be learned by Hat hamwitch as a monster companion for 40 skill points. It costs 12 MP to cast and heals nearby allies and slowly recovers some HP over time for 60 seconds, making it similar to Right as Rain and Reheal.
Dragon Quest Tact[edit]
Magical Heal can be learned by Splutterfly at level 24 and costs 22 MP to cast. It has a range of 1-2 squares away from the caster and can be self-cast, restores a small amount of HP to a single character and greatly raises their Spell Res for 3 turns.
