Roaring Tempest is a spell that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest Tact. It is one of Rhapthorne's signature spells in his first form, calling forth a storm with ferocious winds to tear apart a group of enemies.

Roaring Tempest can be learned by Rhapthorne at level 33 and costs 114 MP to cast. It has a range of two squares in front of him and inflicts major Woosh-type spell damage to all enemies in a rectangular area of effect. Upgrading the spell increases its damage and reduces the amount of MP it costs to cast.
