The Woodcutter's Hut is a location in the Dragon Quest series that appears in Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past. It is located south of Estard Castle.

The Woodcutter's Hut is home to a woodcutter who has the ability to communicate with animals. He is visited by the Hero and the Party after their first visit to L'Arca in the past as they need him to speak to the animals of that village. He agrees to help them reluctantly and later returns to the hut after that region is saved.

Ruff is invited to live here by the woodcutter and eventually accepts after the defeat of Orgodemir.
