Pilchard cuisine are various kinds of food related items from Pilchard Bay in Dragon Quest VII.
Pilchard crackers
Pilchard crackers (originally AmitSnack) is a popular snack in the Bay. It will restore 10-15 HP of the character using it.

- Al-Balad (Present)
- Buccanham (Present)
- Sea Dragon (Present)
- Found randomly in Traveller's Tablets and DLC Tablets.

Pilchard sandwich (originally Fish Sub) is a favorite meal of Pollock.
