The electrifying pellet is a projectile that allows a catapult-user to briefly grant an ally the power of high voltage.

The recipe for the ammo is found on The Wingswept Moors. Axel cannot sell this type, but he can mass produce the ammo ten units at a time with four princely powder, three solar flowers, three tingletops, and two saint's ashes.
