The blunt pellet is a projectile that allows a catapult-user to strip the target of it's strength for a limited time.

The recipe for the ammo is sold at the Cold Shoulder Station shop on Cinderback Ridge. Axel cannot sell this ammo as with the other debuff-types, but he can mass produce the blunt pellet ten units at a time with three princely powder, three unfungi, and two red gems.
