Zammle is a spell in the Dragon Quest series. It damages a target with dark lightning.
Appearances
Dragon Quest IX
Zammle is available only to Sages at level 8. It costs 7 MP to cast, deals 50~80 base damage, and caps at 213~243.
Dragon Quest X
Sages will learn Zammle at level 18, and it costs 7 MP to cast. Damage is calculated as Magical Might x 0.25 + 30 for a minimum range of 63~73 and a maximum range of 201~211. The firing range of the spell is 15 meters.
Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age
Rab will learn Zammle at level 33, not too long after he joins the heroes. It costs 9 MP to cast and it's base damage is 82~94. It's growth potential is rather low, capping out at only 105~11--likely due to it's base being slightly higher than Frizzle's.
Enemy versions
Zammle will deal 25~54 damage when cast by an enemy.
