The recipe for the ammo is sold by Bricky Rix once Erik and Mia's gang reaches rank 4. Axel cannot sell this ammo as with the other debuff-types, but he can mass produce the blunt pellet ten units at a time with three princely powder, three unfungi, and two red gems.
