The recipe for addrakadabra pellets is found on west of Bitterbutte Bottom station on The Hinterquarters, at the end of a winding path that requires the stealth forte to enter. Axel can mass produce the ammo ten units at a time with ten princely powder, ten enchanted stones, five ethereal stones, three serpent bones, and one agate of evolution.
