Heaven's Haven (Last Refuge in the NES version) is a small shrine in Dragon Quest IV, clearly visible as soon as the party reaches Hell. Last Refuge is presided over by a former resident of Zenithia (who disguises herself as a Will-o'-Wisp before being approached) with healing powers, which the party can make use of again and again as it attempts to break the barrier surrounding Psaro's Castle. Last Refuge also ensures that the party will take on the Palace with full health.
Loading a game saved here will place the party in Endor.
