Dinky Dell is a village of the Buccanham Region in Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past.
It is located in the depths of the Den of the Dwarves the home of the eponymous people. Relations between the humans of Buccanham and the dwarfs are sour at best, so when it is deduced that the glowmoss that grows beneath the Dell can aid in undoing the curse afflicting the kingdom, the King of Buccanham sends the party as makeshift emissaries.
