Hoopthorne is a secret boss featured in the 3DS and Nintendo Switch versions of Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age. He is responsible for corrupting the history of the Altar of the Forgotten Past. He teams up with Orgodelotl in the third level of the Hall of Remembrance.

Characteristics

Hoopthorne is a Hooper trooper with the power of Lord Rhapthorne, the Lord of Darkness. Hoopthorne wants to destroy the established history of the past heroes like his contemporaries.
