Omniheal is a recurring spell in the Dragon Quest series. Introduced in Dragon Quest III, it restores all HP to the party, and is often (but not always) restricted to the Hero. It is related to the weaker spell Multiheal.

Erdrick learns Omniheal at around level 38, depending on his wisdom, and may cast it for 62 MP.

Omniheal is learned by Healie at level 23 and by Curie at level 50. No other characters can learn this spell.
It is also used by King cureslimes.
Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past
In the original PSX version a character can only learn Omniheal by reaching rank5 of the Platinum King Jewel vocation. It costs 20 MP to cast. In the 3DS remake, it can also be learned by reaching rank 7 of the Hero vocation.
It can be cast by the enemies Epipany, Conkuisitor, Religious nut (though these three always fail to cast it), Kernel of truth, King cureslime.
Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King
Omniheal is learned by The Hero after investing 82 skill points into his Courage skill tree. It costs 36 MP to cast, but due to the MP-reducing bonuses of his Courage attribute it will only cost 18 MP for the majority of the game.
Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies
Omniheal is learned only by priests at level 65. It costs 128 MP to cast.

Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age
The Hero will learn omniheal after buying the spell for 16 points in his Luminary skill tree. Serena learns this at level 66. It costs 64 MP to cast, referencing the third game in a subtle way.
Dragon Quest Monsters
Called HealUsAll in this game, it is an upgraded form of HealUs. HealUs grows into HealUsAll when the monster reaches level 28 with 196 MP and 160 intelligence.

Dragon Quest Treasures
Omniheal restores a minimum of 190 HP to all allies in the party for 36 MP, scaling upwards with the caster's magic stat. It is learned by Elysium birds, Emerald king slimes, Orc chieftains, Pearly wights, Elys, and Mogsworth.
