Gigademon is a boss monster in Dragon Quest IV. He appears as a a large lizard-like demon holding a huge club. He is one of the four demons found in the endgame maintaining the barrier around Saro and Death Palace. He may the most devious of the four (with the possible exception of Radimvice), and tells the Hero to "look behind you" for a treasure, allowing him to get a surprise attack. Gigademon casts Defense to lower the party's defense, and issues high-power attacks with his club, which has a high chance for a Critical Hit.
