The Last Chance Saloon (known as Desert Inn in the NES version of Dragon Warrior IV) is run by Hank's father. It's located between Casabranca & Con Cave.
Story
It is a place where wagons could be lent out to travelers for the difficult journey across the desert.
When The Hero, along with Maya & Meena first arrives, Hank Hoffman Jr. isn't lending his wagon to anyone as he thought himself to be betrayed by his friend in Con Cave (in truth it was a monster posing as his friend).
He comes around when they go to the cave to retrieve the Symbol of faith. Hank not only gives them the wagon, but travels with them for the time being.
