The casting time is a lengthy 140 seconds and the range is 15 meters, with the energy bullet creating a 30 meter radius once it makes contact with the enemy and bursts. The non-elemental damage output is simply incredible, being calculated as (magical might - 1,000) x 6 + 8,950~9,050.

Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age
