The Cascade Cave is an optional dungeon in Dragon Quest IV. It is only accessible after retrieving the Karstaway stone in Dunplundrin. The cave contains the Sands of time and Liquid metal sword.

- After Estark is defeated (Nintendo DS version) or the Ultimate Key is obtained (Cell phone version), two people will appear in the cave who can be invited to Pioneer Town:
- Carla, who can be found on the first floor.
- Streo Louse, who is found along the path on the second floor.
