Multiheal is a recurring spell in the Dragon Quest series. Introduced in Dragon Quest III, it restores a moderate amount of HP to the entire party. It is the weaker precursor to the Omniheal spell.
Appearances
Dragon Quest III: The Seeds of Salvation
Healus is learned by Priests and Sages at Level 34. It costs 18 MP to cast, and restores 75~95 HP. On the enemy side, it can be cast by Elysium birds, Phoenixes and Flying flayers.
Dragon Quest IV: Chapters of the Chosen
Multiheal is learned by Kiryl at level 30, and is already known by Psaro upon joining. It restores 75~95 HP in the original, and 100~120 in the remakes. Both versions cost 18 MP.
In the remakes, Foo Yung can use this spell to heal himself and Chow Mein.
Dragon Quest V: Hand of the Heavenly Bride
Multiheal restores 100~120 HP in all versions for 18 MP. This entry in the franchise standardized the spell's restorative power.

Dragon Quest VI: Realms of Revelation
Multiheal is learned by Healie at level 18 and by Curie at level 20. Other characters can learn it by advancing to rank 5 of the Sage vocation.
The enemies Mottle mendslime, High djinks, Dogmus, Brick, and Mortamor's right hand can use this spell to heal their allies.
Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past
Multiheal now only costs 10 MP to cast. It can be learned by advancing to rank 5 as a Sage, rank 3 as a Champion, rank 8 as a Healslime, rank 3 as a Barbatos, and rank 2 as a Platinum king jewel.
In the Nintendo 3DS version, Multiheal is now an advanced spell and can also be learned by advancing to rank 4 as a Paladin or Hero. Champions now learn it at rank 6 instead. The spell can only be learned permanently by monster vocations.
It can be cast by the enemies Metal dragon slime, Religious nut, Freezing wingwyrm, Moosifer, Darkonium slime, and Trickstar.
Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King
Multiheal is learned only by Angelo, at level 30. It restores 100~120 HP to all party members and costs 10 MP to use. Multiheal can also be cast by the Slime Therapy special team, which consists of Curer, Healer, and Metaly. The effect can also be replicated if the Hero uses a Cured cheese in battle.
Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies
Multiheal is learned only by Sages at level 24 and Priests at level 38. It costs 16 MP to cast, and restores at 100~120 HP if the caster's magical mending is under 200. Once that mark has been surpassed, the spell will gradually grow more powerful until it reaches its maximum power of 310~330.
Dragon Quest X
Multiheal is learned by Priests at level 50, Sages at level 46, and Death Masters at level 71. It costs 16 MP to use, has a casting time of 3 seconds, and has a 20 meter circular range around the caster. It restores around 80~90 HP to all affected allies, reaching to a total of 249~259 HP once the caster's magical mending reaches 891.
Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age
Serena and Rab will learn Multiheal at level 35 and 30, respectively. It costs 32 MP to cast and will heal a minimum of 90~110 HP before eventually reaching its zenith of 330~350 HP.
Dragon Quest Monsters
Called HealUs in this game, it requires the monster to reach level 20 with 140 max MP and 120 INT. It grows into HealUsAll when the monster reaches level 28 with 196 max MP and 160 INT. It is naturally learned by the DeadNoble, Healer, Lionex and MadCondor, among others.

HealUs now require 216 INT to learn and 288 INT to upgrade. It is naturally learned by the Shantak.
Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker
Multiheal costs 12 MP to cast and restores a minimum of 84~96 to the party, reaching to a maximum of 314~326 based on the caster's Wisdom. It can be learned from:

Green-garbed soldiers in Moonbrooke know Multiheal when they are recruited at Moonbrooke Castle.

Multiheal debuted in the standard card pack as a spell card exclusive for Priest leaders.
Dragon Quest Tact
Multiheal can be learned by Elysium bird at level 40, Emperor slime at level 54, Kiryl at level 56, and Chimaera through Talent Blossoming. It costs 70 MP to cast, has a range of up to two squares away from the caster and can be self-cast, and heals a major amount of HP to all allies in a plus sign-shaped area of effect. Upgrading the spell increases its healing effect and reduces the amount of MP it costs to cast.

Dragon Quest Treasures
Multiheal can be learned by Sham hamwitches, Orc chieftains, Emerald king slimes, Elysium birds, Pearly wights, and Mogsworth at level 35. It costs 22 MP to cast and restores at least 57 HP to the entire party. It will automatically upgrade into Omniheal once the caster reaches level 60.
