The Tortured Soul in Memoriam (追憶の亡霊 Tsuioku no bōrei) is a monster in the Dragon Quest series that was introduced in the Nintendo 3DS version of Dragon Quest VIII.

It is a more powerful variant of the Tortured soul that appears as the second boss in Memories Lane alongside the Skeleton in Memoriam and Walking Corpse in Memoriam.
