Ballymoral is a fortress in Dragon Quest IV. Torneko visits it in Chapter 3. Initially, its king is secretly planning to invade the neighbouring country of Endor, but is dissuaded when he finds out his son, Regan, wishes to marry Veronica, the Princess of Endor.
