Story
This isolated strip of permafrost is home to an old man who was given the Boatman's Bone by residents from the Pirates' Den a long while before the events of the game. Eventually, his island is visited by The Hero, to whom he informs an interest in the Mod Rod.
The Hero later returns with the Staff and receives the bone in turn.
