Appearances[edit]
Dragon Quest IV: Chapters of the Chosen[edit]
Upon entering the town for the first time, the Hero is greeted by a band of mercenaries consisting of a Warrior, a Priest, a Dancer and a Merchant who announce they are off to save the world. This same party is later seen accompanying Alena in the Imperial Pantry of Parthenia.
Recognizing the growing threat, Casabranca is in the process of recruiting parties of adventurers to journey and defeat the Lord of the Underworld. The King of Casabranca, Humphrey, meets heroes who venture to defeat evil and wishes them well.
In Casabranca there is also a fairy tale about a celestial maiden who came down from the sky and fell in love with a woodsman and then had a baby but no one knows what happened to the baby.
