Tempest of Thunder is a skill that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest Tact. It is one of Bianca's signature abilities, delivering multiple electrified strikes from her whip at her enemies.

Tempest of Thunder can be learned by Bianca through Talent Blossoming and costs 93 MP to use. It deals 60% potency Zap-type physical damage to all enemies in a large fan-shaped in front of her 4 times. Upgrading the abilities increases its damage and reduces the amount of MP it costs to use.
