Thunder Breath is a skill that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest Tact. It emits an electrified breath attack and has a chance to inflict paralysis on any enemies within range.

Dragon Quest Tact
Thunder Breath can be learned by Psaro the Manslayer and costs 57 MP to use. It has a range of three squares in front of him in a straight line and inflicts moderate Zap-type breath damage to all enemies in the area of effect and can rarely paralyze them, as well.
