The Pharos Beacon is a tower dungeon in Dragon Quest IV: Chapters of the Chosen. Located to the east of Porthtrunnel, it was built to guide ships safely to shore, but demons overran it and replaced its light with a dark one.
Story
In Chapter 5, Torneko Taloon went to the lighthouse to investigate, but defers to the superior manpower of the Hero, Maya and Meena when they show up. After the party conquers the dungeon and restores the proper state of affairs with the Holy Embers, Taloon joins the party and offers the services of the ship he has had commissioned.
